SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to execute the company's digital and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be a social media enthusiast and have experience in public relations and online community building.
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Snapchat and more.
Generate, edit, publish and share content appropriate for specific networks to connect with customers and buyers.
Listen, monitor and engage in relevant online social discussions in the community.
Advance brand visibility within the community and facilitate meaningful connections.
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
Track community interactions and content creation with superb organization.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives.
Skills and qualifications:
Social Media aficionado with experience creating social media content for branded accounts
2-3+ years’ work experience in digital media, social media, interactive marketing or community management
Experience with Twitter, Instagram, Facebook Page Administration, Custom YouTube Channels and other established social media networks
Active blogger and user of social media technologies
Seen as a thought leader by staying ahead of trends in social media marketing, emerging media, and online communications
Experience working with SEO, content marketing, and PR
Extraordinary communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to understand and communicate the company voice on each social media platform
Sales / business development representative

In this role, you will:
Follow up on a high volume of calls to qualify in-bound leads (between 60 and 80 calls per day)
Work closely and collaboratively with sales to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Connect qualified prospects to the appropriate sales team member for follow up
Conduct yourself professionally and cast Freight Farms in a positive light
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas and goals
At the direction of sales make outbound calls to qualify potential leads
You must have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous successful sales experience OR a strong interest in a sales career
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
A keenly developed competitive nature
A highly self-driven sense of motivation
The ability to deal with objections
Ability to learn and absorb material quickly

You should have:
Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus

Freight Farms is searching for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. The primary role of this position would be to support the CFO in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance Department.
Maintain billing and invoicing systems
Assist with payroll and related items.
Establish and maintain accruel and deferral schedules
Reconcile all monthly and year-end close processes according to GAAP
Prepare monthly financial statements and numerous other financial reports
Support other departments with financial analysis, research and reporting
Assist CFO with budget and forecasting
Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time - quite often on short notice - by the CFO
Skills and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of 2 years of experience: no exceptions
Good team player: you’re not afraid to speak up but can do so without being confrontational
