Don't see the perfect fit? Work with a Freight Farms specialist for custom or enterprise solutions.
It's simple. We'll work with you to design a farming subscription that seamlessly integrates into your current food operations...or help you launch an impactful, new initiative. Once we determine your goals, we'll get growing! After installation, we'll be harvesting the first crop in about 6-8 weeks.
Choose from over 180 plant varieties, or partner with us to experiment with new produce options.
We'll work with you to find the perfect harvesting schedule to meet your needs.
We manage all operations inside the farm: seeding, harvesting, cleaning, and maintenance. Thanks to the LGM’s climate control technology, we can farm year-round in all climates.
We install a farm at the location of your choice. At 320 sq. ft., this high production unit can fit in anywhere, and its modular design makes it easy to move!
We facilitate tours and workshops for students, employees, community members or visitors. The Leafy Green Machine is a great way to educate the community on the journey their food takes from farm to table.
We package and deliver weekly harvests according to your needs and specifications. There are a variety of different distribution options to choose from CSA memberships and cafeteria supply, to on-site farmers markets and retail shops.
The LGM shortens the food supply chain, eliminates the need for herbicides / pesticides, and uses 10% of the water of soil farming.
Health and Wellness
Engage and inspire people to value transparency, seek out information about their foods’ origins, and make healthy choices every day.
Bring innovative food production to your campus or community while creating a platform for education and engagement.
The LGM can be a great way build community identity, involvement, and health by forging lasting interpersonal connections and a sense of purpose.
If you've got big plans for your on-site Leafy Green Machine™, our simple Produce Supply package is the most versatile.
With the Freight Farms Produce Supply package, you tell us what to grow, we grow it, and deliver the produce to you. That's it.
Since your first harvest can happen just eight weeks after installation, this option can quickly snap into whatever food service operations you'd like, including:
If you'd like to offer a CSA benefit to your customers, staff, students, or residents, our On-Site CSA package is the easiest way to get started.
We'll still do all the farming, but also manage a full-service farm sharing program from top to bottom. Available services include:
We can even collect payments directly, defraying your subscription cost. Contact us to learn more.
We offer basic marketing support to all customers, but if you'd like to enhance engagement and impact, consider working directly with our agency-level marketing team.
