Farmer Support Specialist
We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to help us with inbound traffic, outbound checkins, and resolving customers’ issues. The ideal candidate has phenomenal problem-solving skills and is a self-starter who can balance competing priorities. Solves problems by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
Proactively checks in with customers to build a strong relationship
Answers product and service questions for existing customers and customers who are onboarding
Be the face of Farmer Success when customers are here for training
Assists with onboarding new customers and guide them through the first critical steps of becoming a freight farmers
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working directly with customers
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Resourcefulness and a willingness to be creative and customize when solving problems
Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priority and management styles
Experience in basic IT communications considered a strong plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, and an adaptable team player
Experience with Zendesk is a plus
Sales Representatives are the critical contributors to the adoption of sustainable farming. In this role you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of leads and informing LGM owners through a detailed presentation of our product and superb follow-up.

Freight Farms is searching for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. The primary role of this position would be to support the CFO in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance Department.
Maintain billing and invoicing systems
Assist with payroll and related items.
Establish and maintain accruel and deferral schedules
Reconcile all monthly and year-end close processes according to GAAP
Prepare monthly financial statements and numerous other financial reports
Support other departments with financial analysis, research and reporting
Assist CFO with budget and forecasting
Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time - quite often on short notice - by the CFO

We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Office manager responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous front facing experience would be an advantage. A successful Office manager should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.
Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
Schedule meetings and appointments
