Freight Farms offers our institutional customers–schools, corporations, non-profits, and municipalities–specialized support bundles that ensure their farm continues to operate smoothly in any situation. This is the perfect way to make sure your Greenery is always well-maintained and your farm operator is fully trained!
Support Bundle Options
Our bundles are designed to give you continuous support at the lowest possible cost.
Both bundles will provide you with training, maintenance, and software. If you are interested in using the Greenery for revenue-creation purposes, we recommend purchasing the ‘Full’ bundle, which includes Operations Support and will help you optimize farm performance by reducing the learning curve and maximizing production.

Explanation of Services
Equipment Maintenance
+ Annual Maintenance Visit
1-day onsite visit anywhere in the domestic U.S. Deep cleaning/calibration of critical components, minor parts replacement (if not-functional) and support. New sensors and wicking strips provided.
+ Bi-annual Maintenance Visit
Two 1-day onsite visits anywhere in domestic US. Deep cleaning/calibration of key components, onsite tune-up and crop consultation and continuing education. New sensors and wicking strips provided.
+ Critical Parts Replacement Warranty
Warranty for parts on plant-critical components: HVAC (included), LED ballasts, pumps, and Agrowtek controller.
+ Full Parts Replacement Warranty
Warranty on all parts, including all critical parts (labor for HVAC only). Excludes damage to metalwork and exterior of the farm.
Software
+ farmhand®
The most comprehensive remote monitoring and automation control software system with lifetime historical data storage.
Training
+ farmhand® Academy
Comprehensive, 120-module online training program. Featuring slides, videos, quizzes & progress tracking.
+ On-site Launch
3-day on-site visit where we setup the farm and 2-day Farm Camp for up to 50 operators upon farm installment.
+ Annual 1-day Training
Only available with maintenance visit 1-day on-site visit to conduct condensed version of Farm Camp for new operators.
Operations Support
+ Consumables Replenishment
Freight Farms will provide all operational consumables including grow supplies, cleaning supplies, food safety supplies.
+ Setup Kit
A Freight Farms kit, ships with the farm and includes all the tools and equipment necessary to efficiently operate a farm.
+ Grown SOP
Intuitive SOP that provides operators with all programming guidance to maximize farm potential.
